I hate writing bios... LOATHE... but here it goes.
I was born and raised in South Central PA. Ten years ago I met and feel in love with a boy, we got married, bought a house had a baby, life is good! I work in public relations, he's a sexy fireman in Washington, DC but our favorite jobs by far are that of Mommy and Daddy of Gavin (2 y/o). And now, Meg facts...
1. My mom grew up in the country in a log cabin with no plumbing. My dad grew up in center city Philadelphia. So I like to think I grew up in the best of both worlds, with exposure to rednecks and city slickers.
2. I have a degree in Political Science and LOVE politics and government. Seriously, I get goosebumps when I read the Declaration of Independence. Those men were GENIUSES!
3. I love bacon...enough said.
4. My soul is at peace when it's near the sea.
5. I'm a huge hockey fan! GO CAPS, GO BEARS!
6. I sing in the car and dance like no one is watching, in public.
7. St. Patrick's Day is a legit holiday in my book.
8. I'm a history nerd, it's genetic, I can't help it, so you can't judge.
9. I'm really good at talking in accents and sometimes do for no good reason.
10. I'm ridiculously blessed and I know it, but I still reserve the right to periodically feel sorry for myself and throw hissy fits!
11. I'm a morning person.
12. I love to wear high heels, even if they hurt.
